Savannah and her silly days

The other day I was watching Mei Mei with Savannah when she turned around and said "I am Chinese" I said " yes you are" and where are you from? Savannah said "China", I yelled upstairs to Dave and asked him if he heard this, it was the cutest. Then in her next breath to me, "What's your name" I said mommy, she said"my name danna" (short form of her name Savannah), then she went around and asked everyone. For the last 2 weeks Savannah has done nothing but eat and I mean eat good meals. The daycare she is on provides wonderful lunches snacks etc. I have noticed a hug difference in her weight over the last month. We are all packed for our trip this weekend, I asked Savannah where was she going, she said on a plane to see Grandma and Gang Gang, this is my parents in England, but that's not true, she just knows she is going on a plan and boat. We have gone 1.5 weeks now no nap, its has its moments, but we find she is still tired at 6am, she does wake once to ask for a drink. Savannah loves her room cool, I think I mentioned this in past posts. Her vocabulary is coming along amazingly well, she can write the letter "S" for Savannah, as mentioned counts to 12, knows all her colours. She throws her arms around Dave and I and say's "my mommy, my daddy, oh oh love you" The other day in the Children's Place clothes store, she held out pants and said " mommy look pretty, mine ok" I said no we are not getting those today, "ok mommmy' this and held up a sweater, I said "no" we are getting tights, "don' like tights" she said. The lady could not help herself from laughing. The best thing ever is being able to communicate, she will tell us when she has a sore tummy, when she is hungry and goes through all the cupboards, now also decides she can poop and pee all alone and closes the door, I allow this for 10 seconds then I am in there.
