Athlete of the Year-Savannah's 2nd Birthday

Well its been an interesting couple of weeks. Ross won Athlete of the Year, Best Defensive Player at Football, and MVP for hockey, we are so proud of him. The girl in the photo above was female athlete of the year. The guy is Ross's phys ed teacher. We attended the banquet in Burlington Tuesday June 12th where Ross was presented with his award. (Way to go Ross). Savannah celebrated her 2nd birthday on Saturday 16th (D.O.B. June 19th), we just had a small get together considering she has had the (runs) for 11 days now and we delivered the sample to the clinic last night. (sorry about the details). Above Savannah enjoys her breakfast the morning of her birthday, (see the teddy in the background this was her gotcha day gift when we met her) he cannot leave the house, then we decided to buy her a new wagon. That whole deal was bad to, we went to Toys R US and she pulled one of the kitchens on top of her which just missed her head, then she threw a temper tantrum in the store and all the way home. I am saying its all her upset stomach and her bottom lateral teeth coming in. Well we have decided to go to Santa Monica for Xmas, yippee all five of us. We will leave December 22nd -29th, we hope to visit San Diego Zoo, and downtown LA. However, in the meantime Savannah and I will fly to Ottawa end of August and meet Dave and Ross there to get him settled into Uni. Then September Savannah and I are flying to Halifax with Dave for a few days, Dave will be on business. As for Karl, he is taking a summer course right now Athabasca (not sure on spelling) psychology in order to finish his Uni. next year then he can graduated with a BSc. (he wants to be an Environmental Technician). Savannah, comes out with such funny words sometimes, I just love it. Her new one is every time I ask her do you want to do this or lets do that she says in such a petite voice "ok". She is wearing pull ups at daycare, we have held off on the potty for a week until the other end slows down. We went on a bike ride Sunday over 15K she did excellent, however did fall asleep on the return so Ross came to get us in the van. We are off to the cottage long weekend for a few days, I will update after this. Otherwise, right now all is good.
