Sick, Sick, Sick

Well last week was a bad week. Savannah was sick all week I had to take two days away from work, Dave had to take one day. I went to the hospital with her on the Tuesday I could not get her fever down from 103. Anyways, long story short Saturday March 24th she was diagnosed with Bronchitis again 2nd time in 4 months. However, saying this we were already 3/4 ways through after two visits to the clinic and one to the hospital all we were told that week was its viral. Saturday night we put the vaporizer in her room with vicks and she slept 12 hours, woke up next day in a great mood. Poor thing, lost a little weight can't afford to, but she is dancing and running around now just like the good old Savannah. Daycare is good, made lots of friends, I think we are doing ok in that area now. Ross has been accepted to Ottawa University in the BA program with honours. I can't stand to think right now about him leaving us in September to live in Ottawa (he is still my baby) even though he is 19 in April. Savannah will miss her brother, the good thing is he is home every 5 weeks. Savannah says lots of words now, and loves to bend like a bendy doll I am convinced she is double jointed. her favourite double word is (My Dada), loves to say Hi Nana, Hi Mama, Hi Ross, Hi Karl, can say aeroplane, frog, I ask her where is Dada she says work. When Savannah is hungry boy she can eat, I have been giving her Enfagrow in her milk every night, this you can buy at Wal-Mart in the baby section in cans. Its just formula for over 12 months with all the vitamins you can imagine. Savannah's specialist said its very good for her, she loves it, I buy the vanilla flavour. I can't believe how flexible she is, from bending backwards, to the splits, jumps around all the time kicks her legs up in the air. We are looking forward to meeting our friends in June and to see all the girls how they have grown. I should not speak too soon, but I am enjoying the fact that we put her to bed now around 7:30pm and leave the room, this was a very quick decision I made like I mentioned earlier approx 3 weeks ago, she did cry for only 5 -10 mins, but she settled down. Now she gives me or Dave a kiss goodnight and says bye-bye, holing LaLa and Teddy, yes her very special Teddy we give her on Gotcha day. As for Teletubbies she is addicted to this and her brother does not help by burning CD's for her. Every morning its Teletubbies before she heads out to daycare. We have decided at Xmas time we are taking a family trip down South, not sure where yet but by then I want Savannah out of diapers and out of her crib. I don't feed Savannah at dinner anymore she does it all by herself, she refuses to let me help, its great I can get lots done while she eats and watches her favourite CD. We are looking forward to the summer, I can't wait to put dresses on Savannah and clip up her hair in pigtails. In the summer I am going to extend her bed time to 8pm since we love walks in the evening especially to the park. Now its getting warmer off comes the diaper when I get home and I let her run free pointing to the potty. Thanks to my fiends mom I have more diaper cream from boots in England its the only kind I use.
