Brother and Sister

Thought I would include a few photos of brother and sister. Savannah must vacuum when I vacuum, and loves to watch her brother play hockey. Daycare seems to be going good, she is only upset approx. 1-2 minutes now in the morning when daddy drops her off. she has made friends, with Roxy, Madison, Sinead and we think she has a boyfriend. He yells out her name every morning when she arrives and loves to say goodbye at the end of the day. She has her first birthday party invitation, she will be celebrating Paige's 2nd birthday. Well the double words have stared, it (shut door; oh no; hot dog). We are starting serious potty training end of March, daycare are offering to help. Savannah knows when she wants to pee, and I don't want to procrastinate on this one I hope to shoot for June-August when she is out of diapers during the day. Teeth, Teeth and more Teeth. Yes they are coming in fast, I think its her 2year old molars that are starting. She has 9 teeth, cut 3 all at once, and boy can she bite my finer hard with her first set of molars when I apply the gel. She is now telling us (More) when she wants more of something, and refuses to let me feed her she MUST feed herself. Her new one with me is hiding thinks so I can't find them. She takes something like a crayon and hides it and says "gone" who knows what she will be hiding next. She knows her colours, blue, green, yellow and red. Builds 9 blocks and loves the toilet not the potty. Savannah's is still an early bird bed at 7:45pm-8:00pm, wakes up at 6:00am (Monday-Sunday). I have started to turn off the monitor because I was hearing everything and not sleeping myself, I could hear her heater come on, or her turn around or sneeze. Now I leave our door open and her door a little bit and I find I go into a better sleep. Savannah does wake up 2-3 times a night but only because she has made it to the bottom of the crib or stuck sideways. Hopefully she will grow out of this. I am contemplating her bed in June, she may sleep much sounder. Her brother has picked her up a couple of times at daycare, and he says she just loves to run to him, its so precious when I pick her up, she runs shouting Mama.... it makes my day. I just want to say there is not a dull day in the house, with Savannah. We cannot believe how close she is to her brothers. We hope to start swimming lessons in May when it it warmer, gymnastics is not going too well because she just wants to run everywhere 100mph. Well next week February 28th at 10:40am it will be one year to the date I received the call (referral) and the day we finally set eyes on our little princss. How time flys by, and so much has happened, every week there is something new with the family. Its going to be really quite in September when Ross goes off to univeristy Karl is already attending university, Savannah will miss them for sure. Happy Chinese New Year!
