April 8th, 2007

Well we are cutting teeth again hopefully this will slow down soon. I have been thinking and I think in the next couple of months we will move Savannah to her bed. She is restless in her crib and ends up sideways, kicking the sides. She will sleep much more sound we will just put up the rail and she seems to know its her big bed (which is already in her room). Well today she amazed us and did a tumble over, I can't believe half the things she does, since she has started daycare. She jumps of the step in the hallway, she stands on the bottom stair with us and jumps high up and down, does not fall. when we ask her to sit and roll the ball she sit doing the full splits first and then closes her legs a little to catch the ball. Savannah will start swimming lessons in the summer, she has no fear which scares the hell out of us. She repeats every word we say, we have to spell out words like chocolate, because she loves this and I don't want her eating too much or any if that. She is very attached to daddy, and anyone who we come in contact with she announces us both, by running or pointing to Dada and says my Dada, and then runs to me my mama. I cut her bags tonight for the fifth time, and because she would not sit still its crooked yikes! picture day at daycare is on the 19th hurry up and grow please. It is very difficult to get her dressed these days, she is like a worm everywhere. We experienced the terrible two's this weekend, everything was Mine! or No, or screech. It's been so long since I went through this with the boys. you just have to stay calm and count to 10, and try not to laugh. I have been so tired these days I have gone to bed around 8:30pm just so I can keep up with her. we have started hiding the cookies, because she knows where everything is and even locks on the cupboard causes havoc, she will pull and want in and I would rather move them than listen to her screeching. Time is going by so quickly Savannah is 2 in June and I can't believe how much she has changed. She is in a size 4.5 shoes, 18 month old clothes, and weighs approx 20 lbs now. she is above average for height and her hair grows, and grows fast. I went to pick her up one day from daycare and there she was coming down the slide in the gym inside head first laughing all the way. Her friends are Roxy, Ingrid, and Mira. (I think she has a boyfriend). Well her brothers just think its great when they see her eat chocolate pudding its everywhere she basically has a beard, moustache. we are not allowed to feed her anymore, she has to do this on her own, she pushes my hand away and says No!. Savannah loves her milk at night, one sippy cup full half milk and half Enfagrow, this gives her lots of vitamins. Well I promise next time photos, of our little darling and her brothers. We are so looking forward to seeing everyone in June for our yearly get together. Thank you so much J & C for organizing this. One thing Savannah did today also was kick the ball with her left foot back and forth with her cousin willy, maybe she will play soccer. Her brother Ross has already decide to coach her on T-Ball should be a hoot, can't wait. Our lives are so busy, with the boys and Savannah there is never ever a dull moment. We are blessed to have such a wonderful family. Happy Easter to all.
