We did it... we finally had a night out

Yes Dave and I finally went out for the first time together last night December 1st. First time in 6.5 months. It was great, however we were only gone 3 hours and 5 mins away. Yes our son Ross wanted to go out around 11p.m. so we had to be back. Savannah only made a couple of noises, but no wake ups. When Savannah noticed I had my hair down and straight, she kept feeling my hair and saying, (hair, mama) she is not used to seeing me with my hair down. It was so funny Ross asked, what if she wants to go to the bathroom, it was hilarious (she has a diaper on silly). We were proud of him, its nice to know we can now get out for at least a couple of hours even if just for dinner with no little fingers on our plate. Yes, once Savannah eats her dinner she comes to us for helpings of our dinner, sometimes she just likes looking at the ketchup. She did the splits again today, we have to take her to gymnastics in the new year. Well Friday while watching her brothers hockey she found a playmate a little girl 2 weeks older than her and they had so much fun playing hide go seek.
