The Potty

Well we tried the potty again and it was no..... Savannah decided to put her pen and pencil inside and shut the lid, then drag it around the hallway. So we will keep trying. I had an interesting conversation today with a lady at the playgroup, such a small world. She was in china, at the same location on gotcha day May 8th in the next room when they received their daughter. They are both chinese and they named their daughter Joyce. Joyce is exactly 2 months older than Savannah, and from the same province. Joyce is going to attend the daycare we want Savannah to go to in Jan/Feb. It was a great surprise and we switched numbers. Today Savannah met with her specialist and he was very happy with her weight gain 1lb in one month. All is well and she is now going up the ladder. He will see her again in one month. Savannah has a new pet in the house, she thinks the dog is a horse and sits on sandy's back when she is resting. She then tells the dog to sit and gives her a cookie, she also send the dog to her crate when she is bad. Savannah just loves hockey, we went to see more games this week of her brother playing and she bangs on the window and tries to call his name (Ross). We are off to the Santa Claus parade Sunday downtown Toronto, we are taking the train first time for Savannah should be interesting. She is now pointing to all the food she wants in Fortinos, its so funny. She eats a pizza bun while we shop.... yes she loves pizza. No photos this time, will try again next time. We are looking forward to our six month check up next week with our social worker.
